Terms & Conditions - SIM Card
This application is subject to acceptance by Universal Consulting Services Australia Pty Ltd and the terms of the 3G/4G Network operator, OPTUS, Standard Agreement (meaning the relevant standard agreement formulated under S479 of the Telecommunications Act as current from time to time) will apply to your use of the 3G/4G Mobile service; this is only a summary of the Standard Agreement. To process this application and establish your account Universal Consulting Services Australia Pty Ltd will ask you for certain details. Acceptance of your application will occur when your service is activated.
Universal Consulting Services Australia Pty Ltd will bill you monthly, but reserves the right to bill at different intervals. If you would prefer a different billing cycle, you should discuss this with a UCSA customer service representative. Accounts are payable by Credit Card Direct Debit only. Universal Consulting Services Australia Pty Ltd has the right to terminate the service if account payments cease.
WCIB 10 SIM Card Service Details:
- 3G/4G Network One Time Connection Fee - $25.00
- Monthly Network Access Fee - $10.00 Per Month (Direct Dedit)
- Call Charges - 16.5 Cents Per 30 Seconds
- SMS Fee per Message - 27.5 Cents
- Contract Period - 12 Months from Activation Date
- Cancellation Fee - $200.00
All prices above include 10% GST.
The Cancellation fee will apply to contracts that are not maintained for the contract period. – Charges shown can change at any time as the Network Providers dictate price structure.
SIM CARD BILLING DETAILS:-
WCIB SIM: This SIM Card is billed in advance direct to the end user customer monthly. With this option the end user will be charged the 3G/4G Network access fee including network charges. Data Charges up to 5Mb are included. Additonal Data will be charged at the rate of $2.00 per Mb including GST
You will be responsible for all the service charges and for calls made on your Secure 3G/4G SIM Card as long as you are the registered customer, even if the 3G/4G SIM Card is not in your possession.
Subject to the Trade Practices Act and other laws, Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd and the 3G/4G Network operator is not liable for any costs, loss, liability or damage, whether direct or consequential arising out of supply, delay or failure to supply service.
The 3G/4G Network Mobile service does not cover all areas. Coverage maps show the general coverage area, however, within the coverage area, some local conditions could prevent or interfere with reception.
Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd may pay commission to any Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd dealer or retailer who introduces you to Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd
Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd may charge a late payment fee on overdue amounts equal to the greater of $9.00 or 2% above the prime lending rate of Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd's principal banker calculated daily. In addition, Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd may charge any reasonable expenses in connection with the recovery of late payments (including the costs of engaging a mercantile recovery agency)
The services and products provided by Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd are only intended to reduce the risk of loss and damage to property in which the goods and services are installed and commissioned to the extent that is reasonably practicable by use of such goods and services. Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd liability in relation to the goods and services supplied shall extend only to the extent set out in the clause titled “guarantee”.
In addition to any warranty applicable by virtue of statue, Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd guarantees the goods against defect for a period of 12 months from the date of the initial installation and the 3G/4G service is covered by the 3G/4G Network providers standard terms and conditions for usage. Should the goods prove to be defective within this warranty period Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd will, at its discretion and provided that the defect is not due to the use, or misuse or installation of the goods or from wear and tear, replace or repair defective goods supplied free of charge. The 3G/4G Network provider is OPTUS, and Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd liability for supply of this service is limited to the refund only of any Network services paid in advance. The manufacturer or his agents take no responsibility for any damage, financial loss or injury caused to any equipment, property or persons resulting from the use of this equipment whatsoever. The user assumes all Responsibility and liability in the use of Universal Consultancy Services Australia Pty Ltd products.
